These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BrokerFind (the "Service"), a website that helps you search for and contact real estate brokerages. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
BrokerFind is a directory. We help you discover and get in touch with real estate brokerages and agents. We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, or broker ourselves, we are not a party to any transaction between you and a brokerage, and we don't provide legal, financial, or real estate advice. Any decision to work with a brokerage listed on BrokerFind is entirely between you and that brokerage.
Brokerage listings on BrokerFind are aggregated from publicly available sources (business websites, public directories, and mapping services) and, in some cases, submitted or corrected by the businesses themselves. We do their best to keep listings current, but we don't independently verify licensure, credentials, insurance, or business standing for any listed brokerage, and information may be outdated or inaccurate. Listing a brokerage on BrokerFind is not an endorsement or recommendation.
When you submit the "Message" form on a brokerage's listing, you're asking us to pass your name, contact details, and message along to that brokerage so they can follow up with you. By submitting the form, you confirm the information you provided is accurate and you consent to being contacted by that brokerage — by phone, text message, or email — about your inquiry, including by automated or pre-recorded means where applicable. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of using any brokerage's services, and you can ask a brokerage directly to stop contacting you at any time.

BrokerFind supports the Fair Housing Act and equal access to housing opportunities regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability. We expect brokerages listed on the Service to comply with all applicable fair housing laws in their own conduct, which is outside our control.
Listings may link out to a brokerage's own website or provide their phone number or email address. Those third parties operate independently of BrokerFind and have their own terms and privacy practices, which we encourage you to review before sharing information with them.
The Service and all listing information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrokerFind and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your reliance on listing information or your dealings with any brokerage found through the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
